安全面に配慮
蒸溜気化された油分は、酸素が無い為に酸化されることはなく、爆発や引火することもありません。

過熱水蒸気を用いた安全でクリーンな処理を実現
【アーバンリグ】は、過熱水蒸気を用いて処理を行う廃棄物処理装置です。
過熱蒸気発生器から高温の水蒸気を反応炉内に送り込み、炉内を高温無酸素状態にして、廃棄物を処理します。
投入された廃棄物は、熱分解により、生ゴミ等の有機物は炭へ、プラスチック類は油として抽出されます。金属類は金属のまま残ります。
投入された廃棄物は減容され、それぞれの資源へと変換されることが、【アーバンリグ】の特徴です。
水と動力と触媒があれば稼働できる上に、廃棄物から抽出された油を動力として使うことができるので、環境に配慮した廃棄物処理装置といえます。
火を用いず、圧力を加えないので、発火・爆発の恐れがないのも安心です。
資源循環の新しいカタチ
資源を有効に活用する為に、従来から3R(リデュース・リユース・リサイクル）が推進されてきました。【アーバンリグ】は驚くべきことに、3つのRを1つの装置で実現しています。（廃棄物の大幅な減容、金属等の回収・再利用、炭・油としての再資源化）

URC-2000は、一般家庭廃棄物に代表される多種多様の物質が混在し、食物残渣など水分含有量の高い廃棄物や汚泥や土砂が付着した廃棄物などを炭化処理していくことを目的に設計された処理機です。投入バケット3個が1組となり、マイコン制御により搬入スロットから、乾燥・加熱・炭化抽出・冷却などの7ユニットを経て搬出スロットに自動運転されます。
URC-400
40ton 7連続式
URC-400は、1日40トン規模の処理ができるように設計された、再生液化燃料の抽出を得意とした樹脂系廃棄物専用機です。バケット3個が1ユニットとして７連式の構成で稼働します。ケミカルリサイクルに該当しない混合廃プラ、電子部品、合皮やビニールなどの混合産廃など、熱伝導率の高い廃棄物の短時間処理を可能にしました。
URC-1000
100ton 4連続式

URB-50
5ton バッチ式
URB-50は、1日5トン規模の処理をバッチ式で実現した処理機です。バッチ式は連続式より必要面積が小さく、反応炉増設による拡張性も備えています。過熱蒸気による廃棄物処理によって抽出される再生液化燃料用のバケットを2つ備えており、投入した廃棄物によって、抽出するバケットを切り替えることも可能です。
URB-10
1ton 移動式廃棄物処理
URB-10は、1日1トン規模の処理能力をもつ、トラック搭載型の廃棄物処理装置です。電源、過熱蒸気発生装置、反応炉含め処理に必要な全ての機器が搭載されている為、移動先で廃棄物処理が可能です。もちろん、資源を抽出可能ですので、デモ等にも最適です。

URC-2000 is designed for carbonizing waste with high moisture content such as food residue, waste with sludge and soil, etc., which is represented by general household waste. Input to the process, 3 buckets as 1 batch and automatically operated by microcomputer from the loading slot through 7 processes such as drying, heating, carbonization extraction, and cooling to the unloading slot.
URC-400
40ton 7 Continuous Process
URC-400 is designed dedicated for resin-based waste treatment (up to 40Mt/day) to extract liquefied recovery fuel. Input to the process as 3 buckets as 1 batch and operate seven processes. It is possible to process wastes with high thermal conductivity, such as mixed waste plastic, electronic parts, synthetic leather, and vinyl, etc. th a t applicable for chemical recycling in a short time.
URC-1000

1ton 1Truck
URB-10 is a track-loaded waste treatment facility and has a capacity of waste treatment 1ton/day.All pieces of equipment for waste treatment are loaded, including the power generator, superheated steam generator, and reactor.URB-10 can operate on this facility goes.
